Green smoothie after the run

I first came to know green smoothies through the YouTube channel of Tim Van Orden, called Running Raw. If you’re into running and someone who’s either on a Vegan and/or a raw diet, then this channel is definitely for you. He’s a very nice guy posting videos about his running and diet. So my usually smoothies include fruits (bananas, apples, pineapples, kiwi, sometimes guavas, grapes etc.) and greens (usually spinacha and kale) and then I blend the whole thing smooth (of course with water, and sometimes a combo of milk and water).

Today, I just had pineapples and kale so I went with that. It turned out to be something like this:

Oh the texture is different than usual but it was delicious. And more importantly, it’s quite a good thing to have after a run. You don’t feel hungry for quite some time and you get a good nutrition. Have you ever made a green smoothie? Let me know your recipe and I’d like to give it a try.
